Harp Noise from Ryuusei no Rockman Official Complete Work book. Capcom already sketch it but they didnt put it in the game.

This is my first try, i havent draw Rockman for long so there's kinda mistake with helmet that i need to fix it in SAI. I know there's a mistakes with some part. I want to replace War-Rock's hand with Hunter VG but the design is kinda hard.

Edit : CAPCOM only sketch half body of it so the full image was from my creativity

Since in EXE, they have Roul Soul so why not with Harp Noise? Xb
Too bad Harp Noise isnt available in third game. Otherwise i would have choose that Noise XD.

At first I thought this was a joke and I thought "Haha, he looks so serious, and in that outfit. It's cute." and then I realized "Oh, it's a real thing that might be in a game." But it's still cute. :3
